Purpose of the role: • Lead and refine the operating model across Venture Markets and Franchisees. • Oversee the performance, leadership, and strategic evolution of all venture markets. • Drive innovative pilots and scalable solutions in markets with mixed channel formats. • Build and nurture strong relationships with franchise partners. • Play a key role in succession planning and general manager selection for future growth.
What will you do? Strategic Leadership • Define and continuously enhance the operating model across various growth formats. • Evaluate and recruit local leadership (GMs) and ensure strong market execution. • Drive transformation and agility in market go-to-market models.
Operational Oversight • Deliver profitable growth across all venture markets. • Identify and solve operational bottlenecks; contribute to the development of next-generation market leaders. • Partner with key functions to ensure scalability, compliance, and operational excellence.
Commercial Contribution • Track trends and innovation in beauty and direct/social selling models. • Act as deputy to the CCO on relevant commercial initiatives and global coordination. • Support communication flow with the Global Leadership Team.
- Your background and your qualifications: To be considered for this role, candidates must meet all of the following essential requirements: • Held at least 2 General Manager-level roles in the direct selling beauty industry. • Minimum 10 years of leadership experience, including market P&L ownership. • Held at least 2 international leadership roles outside of Switzerland, across different geographies. • Demonstrated success in both corporate and franchise/direct selling hybrid structures. • Experience working with social selling and influencer-driven go-to-market strategies. • Fluent in English, with proven ability to communicate at Board and Executive Team level. • Open to relocation or based in Switzerland with valid work eligibility.
Highly Advantageous • Familiarity with Central & Eastern European markets and beauty sector dynamics. • Working knowledge of Swedish and/or Russian is considered an asset. • Strong track record of succession planning and internal talent development.
